Jewelle Carter is an entrepreneur, media producer, educator, and storyteller dedicated to creating spaces where people can learn, grow, and thrive. As the founder of JC’s Production Studios and Carter’s Little Angels Family Daycare, she has built a career centered around creativity, education, and community impact.
Jewelle began her media journey in 2012 while attending Morgan State University, working with WEAA 88.9 FM and Bear TV, where she produced news stories for The Baltimore Blend morning show. She later expanded her experience at Radio One Baltimore before transitioning into freelance television and digital media production.
Throughout her career, Jewelle has contributed to productions featured on major television networks including ABC, NBC, and HGTV. Her production experience includes work on nationally recognized shows such as The Voice, The Great Christmas Light Fight, Family Feud, The Wall, and House Hunters. These opportunities strengthened her passion for producing meaningful stories that educate, entertain, and inspire audiences.
In addition to her work in media, Jewelle has developed a strong background in early childhood education and childcare leadership. After several years working in licensed childcare programs and leadership roles, she founded Carter’s Little Angels Family Daycare, a nurturing early learning program committed to providing children with a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where they can learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Her passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as she works closely with families to support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development.
As the founder of JC’s Production Studios, Jewelle partners with businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and organizations to produce high-quality video content, branded storytelling, promotional campaigns, interviews, and digital marketing content that helps clients elevate their brands and connect with their audiences.
She is also the creator and host of Hustle & Glow, a media platform that celebrates entrepreneurs, leaders, entertainers, and changemakers who are building purpose-driven lives. Through authentic conversations, community engagement, and inspiring stories, Hustle & Glow empowers others to pursue personal growth, entrepreneurship, financial wellness, and purposeful living.
Beyond business, Jewelle enjoys creating lifestyle content centered around food, travel, family experiences, and discovering hidden gems throughout her community. Whether she’s highlighting local restaurants, covering community events, or sharing family adventures, she believes every experience has a story worth telling.
